At One Health Clubs Oakville β€” Halo all, first off I’m super pleased with myself as my time on the #elliptical has hit a new number. So I’m feeling awesome about that #featherinmycap. As for the rest of todays #workout. We did the #backday/#bicepsday, let me start off by saying my #assistedchinups went down below 200lbs assistance so *victory jump*. Secondly, I’m hoping that after this workout I’m going to get the good workout pains as far as my biceps go. Been awhile since I have so I’m missing them. Here’s our first food #checkin, might I add first and only for this day. I have no idea why it took me so long to actually get hungry. Then during my #workout I really started to feel it. That was how I felt physically, mentally? God that was dumb, food is fuel and body needs fuel (good fuel) but, fuel all the same (gets Metallica stuck in head.) Anyways, tomorrow will handle eating better. Even if I don’t necessarily feel #hungry, I’ll make it a point to have something sensible like fruit or something. Halo all, here’s our first meal check-in for the day. My #canadian friends and followers will recognize these two delicious words #swisschalet. Delicious rotisserie chicken and fries, let’s address the first and most important point. I am fully aware and know this would not be considered a #healthymeal. But, I did say when I started doing this I will showcase and discuss the good and the bad. Why did I have this meal? I’m the type I find it hard to say no to a meal being offered to buy for me. What were my feelings during the meal, I was appreciative, and a little surprised. I used to be able to finish a half chicken meal. Bright side of not being able to consume the same quantity of food anymore. Though I may not even have dinner after that. We’ll see how I feel after the #gym. At One Health Clubs Oakville β€” Halo all, well that’s day one of the #gym done this week. We started the week with #playday and it was a fun day to say the least. So made it over forty minutes on the #elliptical which was a good start. Over twenty-five minutes on the #stationarybike, was hoping my #heartrate would get a little higher on it. But, it is was still a fun time. I did some of #shoulders and #chest for today with #squats. All in all I’m feeling accomplished, pumped, and eager to see what first weekly weigh-in will be. Well folks, here for a great update. What I’m showing you here is a new pair of jeans. That are yes 50” waistline, but here’s the thing. I haven’t been able to get into that #pantsize since 2010. Now I’m not in anyway saying this is a great size to be. But, I am saying I’m happy I’m back down as it means I’m going in the right direction. It’s been very (fully acknowledge) fucking slow progress. But, damn I’m #proudofmyself for getting down again. I’m working to be mid forties by this time next year. So I can go on my #cruise with a lot more #confidence. This is a high note I haven’t felt in awhile so I’m going to ride it, and see where the rest of the year takes me. One thing I need to do along with #physicalactivity is…let’s call it #foodaccountabilty. Over the next week I’ll show what I have each meal, discuss thoughts I’m feeling on it. And will show case the good and if there is any the bad. No good to only show the light without the dark. Example today first meal is a birthday lunch for my #mother. It is at a #buffet place, which yes can be tough to navigate. But, you do have options. Like for me I plan to stick to mainly #protein. And, I’ll be keeping a carbs portion to next to nothing. I kept dessert smaller than I would’ve had in the older days. Yes I do know the #icecream was a fair portion. But, still smaller than I used to eat. As for how I felt? I felt it was almost celebratory time as it was my mothers birthday. Plus I love those chicken and beef cuts at Mandarin. Now this might be the only food post I do today. Simply because I may not eat again today. At One Health Clubs Oakville β€” Halo all, I loved todays #workout. Not only was I in a great zone mentally and physically. But, I smashed my old time on the #elliptical. I aimed for 38-39 minutes and hit 43, so all I can say damn I feel good. As for my #backday/#bicepsday I feel a little sore in the lower back, and just waiting to see how I feel in the morning. Getting the free range to do whatever I want on play days makes me happier in there. Just did whatever I felt like doing. The main point of tonight was basically just #cardio and keeping me active. Halo all, so I made this video because like the picture of myself I took awhile back. I’m still trying to be comfortable with my #bodytype. I’ve still got a long journey ahead of me, I’m happy with the progress I’ve made. I’m still working to be better, but I have to learn to let go of the self hatred in my #appearance I still have. It’s hard to have self love when you’ve spent so many years kicking yourself, and taking anyone’s negativity as gospel. It’s a hard #habit to undo, but, with the right training you can do it.
