What does the wear pattern of your shoes say about you? Once again no measurement is perfect. But noticing how your shoes wear out could be telling you about walking/standing issues you could work out. Stay swol 💪🍆💦

Recovery is the name of the game! Every time you workout you tear your body down. If you keep going hard all the time you will start losing progress. Proper recovery will make it so you come back stronger and stronger after each tearing down. Stay swol

Compound movements!!! Basically just means a movement that involves multiple muscles or muscle groups. You can add them into certain days like with my video or sometimes they just happen like squatting on leg day. Life is about balance baby. Balance can help with injury prevention both in and out of the gym. Here are a few techniques but certainly not everything. Try adding it in to your routine and enjoy. Stay swol! 💪🍆💦

A little reminder that it is warming up and instead of hitting the gym you can get outdoors. I went on a huge hike today. Fitbit says 38,000 steps and 5,500 calories for the day!! You don’t need to go that hard to burn some calories but just have fun with it and go at your own pace. Ps it was kind of fun taking my 🍆 on the trail. Stay swol.
