Heehee, here's a little something different for the July special set, in the yard working hard (and hardly working, lol). This was from right before this current heatwave as we made use of the riding mower, golf cart, and the weed eating power tools to trim up the overgrown lawn and around the house exterior. 🚜

And funny enough, I'm farm sitting for a couple days at the moment, so I gotta get back out in the yard this evening to go feed the elderly pony her grains and refill the water trough for the rest of the horses and dogs. I took a mental health break while trying to weather seal the house the last 2 weeks in preparation for the triple digit Fahrenheit heatwave we're about to get hit with, so I'll be posting some catch up pics both of sexy stuff and day-to-day farm chorin' along with dropping this month's special set tomorrow. With today being what it is, I'm not going to go into detail why I choose not to celebrate (especially as a queer person with a vagina 🏳‍🌈), so instead I'll be positive and show off what I accomplished today. With the indoor temps still being outrageously high (yesterday the house stayed at 86F for a good bit which is why it has been keeping me from filming), and with the fate of the mini split ac still unknown, I got together the supplies to at least deep clean one of the regular window ac units (which apparently hadn't been done since the last time I lived here, which was 2017!).

So, waking up after 2 hours of sleep before the butt crack of dawn because of restlessness, I got dressed in work clothes, gloved up, got the mildew buster and ac sanitizer, grabbed a water dish with cleaning toothbrushes and a mini flathead screwdriver to fix any bent metal fins, then proceeded to meticulously clean the ac unit over our fridge for almost 2 hours. Lol, by the time I finished the sun had already risen and was lighting me and unit naturally instead of the main mini tripod light I use for everything. So far it seems to be helping to keep the house a lil cooler, also in conjunction with the sunshade I put over the porch to keep evening light from hitting the house (not shown), so now my next priority is working on doing the same to the 2nd and last regular ac unit overnight tonight, though it'll be more of a pain in the ass since I'll have to crouch-stand to clean that sucker. But hey! It's all progress, slowly but surely. 🥰💖

Also: Don't forget that some people and animals are scared by loud sounds (like our resident veterans and rescued animals here on the farm), so please try to keep your celebrations at a lower volume if at all possible, and enjoy yourselves responsibly tonight, dears! 🎉
