Back home I got a news!!! We bought a big freezer and we are using it for DAILY ICE BATH!!!
We are the first people to do so in this country! In fact, it is impossible to find an ice bath in Taiwan…so we decided to make our own.
Inside there are a UV light filter, and a big filter like the ones for fish tanks, plus some chlorine tab I stole from a swimming pool eheheh
