I’ve been feeling kind of crappy since getting back from the cruise, but I just got my second COVID-19 test back, and it was negative! I guess it must be something else going on. I skipped chest day yesterday, so I’ve got some catching up to do!

After a long 4 months of waiting, tomorrow Aaron and I leave for LA for a few days before setting sail on the Atlantis Halloween cruise! I’ve been training my abs especially hard nearly every day, and can really notice the difference!

Happy Sunday, boys! It’s been a while since @aaronburkexxx and I filmed with @griffinbarrows, but it is still one of my favorite hookups to date.

Someone on Twitter brought it up, so I just thought I would surface this clip of us deep throating each other.

Little update on my back; I’m feeling probably about 70% better. I can walk, stand, AND bend. I just finished a low impact bike ride, so it feels nice to get moving again.

It’s crazy how much a back injury can throw off your groove- especially since that basically meant that I spent Labor Day weekend (and Seattle Pride) indoors, in pain, playing the Sims.

It can also be really hard, mentally, when an injury gets in the way of your fitness goals. Just be kind to yourself, and allow your body the time that it needs to heal. Also: avoid getting hurt in the first place. It sucks! 😅

I just really fucked up my back while doing squats. I couldn’t even stand or get down the stairs from my gym without Aaron’s help. Jesus Christ 😵‍💫

UPDATE: I can stand and walk now, but there is still so much pain when I bend or move. I’m resting and icing my back now… 😖
