I have coached athletes across a range of disciplines from all over the world at the youth, amateur and professional level for over a decade. Through continuing study, research and diverse experiences provide me with extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning and high-performance training.

The fundamentals and structure of my programmes are designed to optimize the athletic performance of any athlete whatever their sport. During my career, I have supported hundreds of high performing athletes including professional footballers and Olympians (summer and winter) through my speed consultancy and S&C programmes.
