Trying to decide what to do with this account. Kinda *meh* on this as, even though I tried to be respectful of their time, I obviously failed and was blocked.

Thinking this through…

Feeling a tad low right now. My favorite creator cut me off of content and so I’ve had to discontinue following her. :-(

But I’m not going to pay a sub fee for an empty profile. I know I’m chatty, especially if we e been talking for a while, but all you have to do is ask me to back off. I’m very aware of your time.

Anyway, keep that in mind when you block or restrict someone. Cutting your client off tho, means all the work you put in to get that paid sub goes for naught.

It’s funny, I’ve gone through so many different phases. Breasts, asses, legs ... but now I’m all about the face, especially the eyes. Pictures where I can’t see what’s happening with your face don’t really do much for me.

Funny, eh?

Getting ready for our big snowstorm of the year! In Portland, that could be an inch of snow. Lol

If I’m not talking to you, it’s not that I don’t find you attractive. It’s because I’m not sure I can control myself and my wallet. Lol

So many beautiful women here, that you to those that have chose to join my little page, and those those allow me to follow them.

So I am rethinking my position on free/paid pages as I now have a better understanding of why you might chose to run both. Being comfortable in delivering both pg level content and something of a more risqué nature makes sense. It still leaves you having to duplicate a lot of work, or have two completely separate streams, if that’s what you choose to do, but I understand that might be the way you choose to go.

I’m still thinking keeping the risqué content behind a paywall is the better way to go, but I’m not the one doing the work. Lol

Let me think this through more.

So, as a reminder I’m mostly posting from the viewpoint of a client, not a creator. I hope some of the feedback I give is useful to you in creating a successful online business. I am also a computer consultant (my fancy way of saying I fix computers) based in Portland Or, so if you need help, drop me a line. I can do a lot of remediation work via the internet, but if you need hands on you’ll have to pay my travel expenses. Lol

Today I want to talk about “ignore”. I’ve been ignored by two people, whom I’ll call K and A. Both are in the adult industry, and I was excited to find them here, as I am a fan. K is a pretty cool woman, and I found her both approachable and quite friendly. Now, let me be clear, I’m still fairly new to this platform, and I’m learning. I was, admittedly, way too chatty, especially as I don’t have a lot of money to be giving away.

Plus I did not realize for quite a while that many of the messages I received from her were not directed to me personally, but blasts out to all her fans. That is something you should all keep in mind, it’s a great way to start interactions, but for those of us trying to be respectful of your time, that may be an invitation hard to resist.

So, when she pointed out that her attention had a price, I wasn’t prepared to pay and she Ignored me. I can’t, and don’t, blame her. This is a business, and I was being overly chatty. I wish she had given me a warning first, but I may have caught her at a bad time.

“A” is something of a different story. I was a little more experienced, did not get an approachable vibe from her, so I just settled in to enjoy what she chose to share. Unlike some of the other creators who I have bought product from, all her prices were beyond what I was willing to pay (I’ll discuss pricing strategies in another post), so I hadn’t purchased anything from her. Which is what she pointed out in her response to my message before Ignoring me without a chance to respond. Again, I may have caught her at a bad moment, but I found the way she handled it very offputting and she lost me as a fan.

Oh, my message? “Merry Christmas”

So, “ignore”. You, as a creator, may not be aware of what this does. You work hard to get eyeballs on your page. That’s half the battle, getting people to actually see your work, because they can’t buy it if they can’t see it. And that’s what happens when you put someone on Ignore, they lose access to everything but your public posts. Yes, they stop talking to you, but they also can’t buy from you.

So, my advice to you is think hard before you put someone on ignore. Is this someone you want to lose as a potential client? That really is the decision you are making.
