I've just returned back from a wicked wild adventure... it was amazing! Everyday was better then the last. But we decided not to bring phones📵 , therefore there was no distraction from the modern world... I highly suggest it. It wasn't easy at first. . But I was then able to reconnect with myself and a few friends and become truly present in the moment. Its crazy how detached we can become due to smart phones...
