Sorry for the down time.. I am working part time as a trainer at my gym.. Also had some.. Doctors tried to scare me with some health issues but i'm good to go.. Is they keep trying to find things wrong with me.. But I am a female body builder who once upon a time did steroids.. And according to the doctors I should be dead by now.. All it's done is make me live longer!

I would like to take this time and thank all of you for being long time fans and admirers of female body builders.. The past ten years have been pretty brutal. I detailed my forty years in the sport.. Is covering the underground in detail.. The evolution of women, anabolic steroids and weight training in the fitness industry. I also documented my life's journey in the sport..

So, I've been quiet.. the past year.. Went to therapy to deal with some p t s d childhood traumas issue... We all know they creep up..

Shut the chatter off in my head.. Have a level of peace and serenity like never before. Have a great tribe and support group around me.. And I will kick it on stage over the next two years..
