Been a while again.
Busy with my penultimate exam.
Should have passed, so ... goodbye to my beard.

It is called, the Bicky burger. Mainly sold in Southern Netherlands and Belgium.
It consists of a bun, a burger, 3 special sauces (bicky sauces), fried onions and pickles. However, I hate pickles, so I order my burger without.

Something a little different ...

How to make a good meat sauce, works best with pork.

Take the meat out of the pan.
Add half a cup of water to the pan and whisk it until all the residue is dissolved into the water.
Pour this back in to the cup.
Then take a good amount of butter, put it in the pan and let it become a liquid.
Add flour, and whisk it around until the flour is mixed well with the butter (a nice roux). It should have a golden brown colour.
Then add the liquid from the cup, back in to the pan.
Add a tea spoon of dijon mustard.
Add curry ketchup (or spicy ketchup), 4 tea spoons should be enough.
Whisk it all around until its a nice consistency. Add spices to your own taste (I mostly use "sate" spices, "grill" spices and "stew" spices. these are a mix of different ones).

If the sauce is too thick, add more water.
If it is too watery ... just let it simmer some more while whisking.

Enjoy it on potatoes, fries, meat, ....

Hot chocolate with honey and black pepper.

Take 500ml milk, put on stove.
Add 6 big spoons of chocolate powder (or less if you don't like it dark). Add 1 big spoon of honey, and 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper. Slowly bring to boiling, and take of the stove. Enjoy 😁

Update regarding my health.

Got an hole in my ear drum, and an infection.
So I'll be deaf in that ear for around 4-6 weeks.
Still taking medication. No covid, so that's positive.

I will try to get some new photos in, because I actually do have some new snacks here.
Unfortunately, because of the illness ... I haven't shaved in 3 weeks, so my face will look more hideous than normal.
