I'm a simple man!
I've been into fitness my whole life, but I've never lived a "fitness lifestyle". I believe everyone's capable of a very good physique without having to devote all their time to it. 30-50 minutes a day, 3-6 days a week, is the most I've ever had to dedicate to fitness, along with small diet changes. Simplicity and efficiency are my primary concern, and helping others do it "my way" is very fulfilling.
So ask me random questions, or ask me to make a simple plan that affects your current lifestyle as little as possible, or just stay for my random free posts. If you're here for more than that, I'll accommodate in the "adult" section. I've always been an exhibitionist, so save me from nipping too much at the gym or worse, by letting me get my fix here. ;)

I’m gonna use this as a sort of fitness diary I think, where I share my general process and routines (along with pics) with you guys, while also keeping myself accountable and on track.
I took the last 3 months off from gym to heal a strain in my forearm that was making it very difficult to do any lifts requiring grip; so most of them. I think I overuse my right forearm, between using a computer mouse, shuffling chips at poker, and lifting. But now it feels better and I’m ready to bulk up to hopefully bigger than ever. I still have shoulder pains that I also attribute to computer overuse, as well as some improper lifting techniques that I had to learn to avoid the hard way.
Anyway, look forward to lots of updates, hopefully! The more you guys bug me the more I’ll feel the urge to engage on here. I might also start sharing some poker related stuff (my obsession that has replaced computer games for now, and my main source of income), but that might not be interesting for most, in which case I’ll just post it on instagram possibly. I’m pretty good at poker, but I’m not quite confident enough to give advice/coaching yet… maybe one day!
