Sorry I didn't get on last night, ended up with a massive migraine. I will plan to be on this evening for about 45 minutes to an hour instead.

How about a long planned out live?! The show opens on the 30th, so I'll be tired but the stress will be off for July 1st. So should I plan a live for that evening?

Sorry too exhausted to come up with anything witty at the moment. I'm due tomorrow for my epidural and haven't been sleeping great. Got the subfloor in the 2nd upstairs bedroom and got the cutouts enlarged for the closets and the knee wall... Got the stuff to cut the board to start painting for the knee wall. So much to be done, but some much needed progress.

I don't shoot a lot of fetish work, but I typically have fun shooting the stuff that I do. I always wish that I had been hired for more latex shoots, but alas that never happened and latex is stupid expensive to buy. Seeing these though makes me really look forward to getting a chaise lounge to shoot with at my house... These are some more work by Cardinal White Photography.

House update: I finally got subfloor down and openings demoed for the closets and the attic access and the wall out that was in horrible shape... Now I had to put it all back together again...

Some fab bed shots by Cardinal White Photography. Not really much of a story to it. I need to shoot more bed content, I somehow have almost none LOL. I use almost everything else as a prop, but not a bed. There's also some angles I really want to try out for it... Ah plans for next winter I hope if things go well.

Saw a different ENT doctor for my sinus infection after getting a CT last week. Got put on some heavy steroids since it turned out the right side was completely swollen shut... completely explained the extreme pressure. Been on those about a week now and finally starting to feel more human again. Still will need surgery thanks to things that weren't properly fixed in the first one in 09, but hopefully it can be planned and not an emergency thing. I'm hoping in another couple weeks to be back to myself so I can't get a bunch done on the house and get things moved forward. Mostly waiting on the contractor for putting subflooring down in the upstairs bedroom so I can finish that up.

I don't typically shoot in my glasses, but I'm pretty damn blind without them. I can read a book if it's in range, but because of the astigmatism I have in both eyes I can't see people's faces from even a few feet away. I also suck at judging distances so I don't play sport involving any hand-eye coordination. But glasses are a pain to list in photoshoots, they will often bounce flash or make things look weirdly distorted. I avoid the problem by just not using them at all. I think this is the only shoot other than me taking some headshots for work stuff that I've actually had my glasses on in front of a camera.

These are Color, shot at the same time as Window Light with Cardinal White Photography. We ended up shooting several different sets that day for posting to a couple different places. Hilariously none of them are still around. Ah well at least now we've got OF for posting content that can't go on social media sites...

Got my CT for my sinus infection yesterday... It does not look good. Found some major problems, pretty sure the doctor will be telling me next week that I need to schedule surgery.

For posts, I'd like to know content people are wanting to see for the archived images. This does not relate to new content that I'm hoping to have time to get to next winter if things go well on my house... Would you rather see me telling stories about the shoots or do you just want the images posted?

So in 2014 I agreed to work with a photographer that I had worked with at a group shoot that hadn't given me photos after he apologized for it and said it was because he had looked at my work and was embarrassed by his skill level at the time. I completely understand that, so I gave him another shot. I also wanted to use it as an opportunity to try shooting a behind the scenes video with my own camera while we were shooting. I don't really do video work, this is partly why. It allowed me to find out that while my camera was great for stills it couldn't record audio for anything and it doesn't capture lighting correctly in video. I also really suck at trying to do any level of video editing. That is not where my skills are and I can admit that and I'm okay with it. I'm kickass at a ton of other things. I'm also just not super comfortable on video in this way. So anyway, here's the video that I attempted to make back then, I'm not sure it was ever posted anywhere... I really can't remember.
