My go to for quick ab workouts:

Hanging Leg Raisers:
So if you are already at a good and athletic Body Weight and really want to try and get those abs to show out in a nice 6 - 8 Pack, the hanging Leg raisers really work great to target that area. Here you can see I get the legs a bit warmed up first (Optional) before jumping up to grab the top bar.

If possible I would highly recommend doing this with a high bar that forces you to jump up to reach. The best way to target the ab muscle group is if your feet are not touching or grazing the ground when doing this exercise. You want to be holding all your weight with your hands, just hang and lift them legs!

For me, the best results have happened when pushing until you hit muscle failure (10 or more reps for each set and 3 -4 sets). I'd recommend doing these in between your weight lifting sets so you give the abs some time to recover before going into the next set, that has worked well for me so far.

Also, to prevent mild injury or pain in the lower back, I'd recommend finding a good lower back workout so you can balance the strength gains with your front core. Supermans work well for this by the way πŸ‘. Typically you'd have to go to an extreme with your front ab strength before you would start to notice this imbalance but speaking from experience it can happen so remember, Balance!

Two things really come into play for general fitness:
-Core Strength
-Full body flexibility

Once those things are mastered, you can use them in conjunction with one another to practice some really fun core workouts. Here is an example of that. Stabilizing the core while keeping the hips somewhat loose allows for a double push out kick rotating back and forth to further increase core strength. If you can get at least five of these in you're doing better than a good portion of the population, but if you can get beyond 10 at that point you have exceptional core strength.
