Ive been getting consistently more comfortable hitting stronger and stronger lifts. It feels really good to be making progress. So here is a nice dump of what Ive been up to recently.

Im back babey! New physique update for yall! I havent been focusing as much on my aesthetics recently. Ive just been trying to get strong, but I think that has made me fill out a lot more and my muscles have definitely gotten bigger!

Long time no post! Wanted to hit yall with another physique update considering its been a long time! This one includes my legs, which I dont normally do. So I'm in just my underwear thus the price hike. I'll post another at a lower price point that doesnt include my my legs where Im wearing pants. Ive been focusing a lot on strength recently so im not as lean as I used to be, but I definitely think ive gotten bigger.

Physique Posing including 30+ photos from the past few weeks and almost 2 minute posing video. I haven't been posting as consistently as I've wanted, but I have still been taking pictures and videos. Here is a dump of my of my progress recently.

From my last couple leg days. Been hitting the squats hard. I am focusing on building strength, so I attempt 300 as often as I can. Its gotten to the point where I can get it most of the time, but sometimes I'll still get stuck. Keep your head up and stay pushing πŸ’ͺ We can reach our goals

Big Squat day! Hit 315lb for the 2nd time ever. Recorded 6 of my heavy squat sets and got some good posing pictures in too.

This is my first work out since I've moved and its good to be back!!

Arm day! Focusing on keep my elbows in and working on the contraction in my bicep.

So I couldn't figure out the spacing on the recording for this and I was getting tired. So here is one where Im too low and one where im too highπŸ˜‚ These floor presses are a really good way to build up that explosive strength in the upper half of your presses. If you find that you hit those "walls" leave you lift heavy, like where youll just get stuck half way, these are a great way to try and improve!
