OUR TRIP TO SERBIA
On our way to Russia, we stopped off in Serbia for the day. We both had never been there before so it was a first for us both, and it was a memorable experience to say the least! Philipp wanted to visit a factory over there, and the only way to access this factory (without doing a 6 hour drive through the mountains) was to fly over the mountains.. in the worlds smallest helicopters! We're both not big fans of flying in general so when we saw these helicopters we seriously considered turning around and going back to the jet, but after speaking the to pilots they assured us that they had lot's of experience and he even told us he'd flown all the way to Germany and back with the helicopter! So we decided to stay and go ahead with the tour, and thank God, everything was okay. In the end it was actually an enjoyable experience!

PHILIPP'S BIRTHDAY!
Last year Philipp just missed the beginning of Quarantine with his birthday and we were able to spend it together with his family in Marrakesh, however this year, we were in full lock down in our house in the south of France! We were lucky to be able to spend it with his parents and a have some amazing food and drinks together.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share with you all my vegan tiramisu recipe as I had so many requests over the week asking for it... I hope you all like it and please send me a picture if you make it yourself and let me know what you think!
I really think this must be one of the easiest recipes there is out there, and as I say in the video you can play around with what you add to the cream (almond flavouring, Sambuca, vanilla etc.) and tweak the amount of sugar to your liking. As I say in the video I STRONGLY recommend using a blender/electric whisk if you have one as it just comes out so much smoother, and I strongly recommend not letting your boyfriend pour the chocolate powder on top🙂.
