We have all been there. Trying needlessly to do a mighty task by ourselves, when we should have asked for help. Of course we already know there is nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, it can be a sign of true inner confidence, and demonstrate an understanding of both our strengths and target areas for improvement.

When we finally do get to that stage of seeking help, we often feel a sense of awkwardness, and fear. We can overcome these feelings however, by understanding that everyone simply wants to feel important and appreciated. All we have to do is express that we value them highly, and express gratitude for their energy and time, and help is on the way!

Motivation of the Day: Did you know that the word, 'Abundance', comes from the latin word, 'Undare', which means, "to rise in a wave".

All too often, we focus on what we do not have, or what others seem to have. Lack, is the opposite of abundance. Instead, we want to always be conscious of our gratitude, and remember that whatever we want is fully available to us when we practice the proper mindset.

When we think and actively live in harmony with abundance, we stimulate all matter of good things to up rise to us.
