✨LONG POST/HIATUS EXPLAINED/STUDIO ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

Did I mention that I’m a professional erotic photographer and creative director with my own commercial studio space now?!😉😘 I’m taking this relaunch so seriously because I want to show you all l how much it means to me that you love my content.
It’s taken me some hard work and a lot of time invested but it’s all coming together and I’m so excited to be able to bring you high quality content through launching my photography studio. Let me be honest and tell you why I’ve really been MIA…

It’s been a very challenging couple of years, even just in terms of my health (personally it’s been very hard as well, lost loved ones and betrayed by those I trusted). So for those of you who don’t know I actually suffered a stroke in December 2021 and was left unable to speak or move, the attached MRI report is from the month prior when they found indications of Multiple Sclerosis developing which is a condition my late mother and grandmother both had. This last weekend, I had 4 new MRIs and an extra 4 MRIs with contrast as part of seeing the damage from the stroke, seeing if I have more lesions and to finalise the process so I can begin receiving treatment for Multiple Sclerosis and the abnormal vascular formation in my brain that causes severe trigeminal neuralgia episodes. Still awaiting the results, but we’re expecting there to be further damage present on the scans from the progression of MS and the stroke. The entire left side of my body is hemiplegic, which means I experience significant weakness and numbness to that side as a result of the neurological damage. I had to retire from dancing and I use a cane most days because it’s really tiring overcompensating for the instability - and from trying to hide it from everyone. I’ve been housebound and on bed rest for a really long time in recovery, I fell out of love with myself and my body because it had failed me when it was previously a strong 2x professional athlete. I forgot who I was, I lost all confidence and felt like life was hopeless. But those days are over, stroke recovery is no joke and I’ve fought so hard to regain my strength, independence and regain the ability to use my genius mind to its full extent. Still have a long road ahead, but the progress I’ve made has been remarkable and I’m grateful that I was able to get a second chance to live when it could have ended a very different way if I didn’t get the immediate paramedic treatment I did from the friends who I was lucky enough to have present when it happened. If they weren’t there, I wouldn’t be writing this post right now, and that’s a second chance that I cannot squander- I need to create and live the life I want to and deserve, and that includes making art of my sexy sexy body.

I wouldn’t normally get all depresso espresso on here, but it’s important that I be transparent about my journey because for a long time I was too ashamed to tell anyone what was going on, and suffered through it alone. But I’m ready to not feel sorry for myself anymore, and to be open about it and proud of how resilient I am. I’m ready to be not just the powerful bad ass Raven you knew, but a bigger, better secret new powerful ass Raven that the old me would never hold a candle to.

I want to thank those who’ve been patient with me during this, even when I wouldn’t share why I needed the patience.
