Hmm looks like I owe an explanation for my absence 😳

Since I've been gone:

😵 I moved house TWICE

🥳 I turned 25!!

And by far the most important reason for my absence...

🤯 I became a mother for the first time!

My body changed a lot during pregnancy and I wasn't sure how to celebrate my new body. Since giving birth, and overcoming some intense post-natal depression and anxiety, I wanted to try reconnecting with this platform.

So here I am! I'm going to start off slowly and see if this is still something that brings me joy. I look forward to whatever experiences come my way in the future and hope you can all forgive me for my extended absence 💖

I'll do my best to work through any unread messages and requests, but please be patient as I figure out my next moves 🌻

This Wednesday I reflected on the last few months and found this... I hadn't been eating properly or giving myself alone time... I was being really hard on myself. Thanks to a friend giving me a gentle push I took myself out to dinner.

And I had a wonderful time! This should be your reminder that it's okay to do things for yourself, by yourself. You are worthy of your own love and attention, give back to yourself ✨

Lovers it has been a crazy few months for me 🤯 University, new job, and now moving house... That's a lot of life change in 8 weeks!!
