This 10 minute vid uses the "bubble" stress relief technique to set a short time for your body to come out of flight/fight with some muscle relaxation/breathing prompts before going into some verbal affirmation.

This might be a helpful post for people who are in a place where short bursts of relaxation are less anxiety inducing than longer ones. As always, these tools are not a replacement for mental health support from a licensed professional. 💜

🥀 Hewwo! I am back from the mountains (at least for now 😋). I had a wonderful couple of days filming collab content out in the Rocky Mountains and even attempting my first outdoor winter photoshoot. It was a very chilling experience to say the least.

Depending on my own energy levels and how much editing I have to do, I'll hopefully be uploading another 10 min Caregiver vid POV to the timeline this week. In the meantime, remember to keep redeeming those hydrates and keep your ration inventory full. 💗

🥀 A first attempt I was making at combining a smoky yellow/orange look 💛🖤 It didn't turn out the way that I wanted to, but looking back at the content I made with it after actually doing it means that I can look at these photos and see what colors and blending techniques I would use instead next time to elevate it.
