Hey. Ummm. Got a good haircut. And a long weekend. So.....that's nice.

Been a bit. I need to rethink some meals and figure out some exercise I can do in my apt to start the new year. And probably cut out some beers somewhere. Until the, boneless wings and Kinship amber lager at Jethro's. So good 👍👍

Been a bit. Put some weight back on this winter had to get back to my daily exercise, got the whole 3-1/2 miles in and was just melting. It was awful but did feel good. Hottest day so far here. I'm ready for it.

Been away offline for a while, a bit of social media break. I had one of the best holidays in a while, it was the first time I was able to see my parents, sister, nieces and nephew in a couple years. So that was good. Other than that, work sucks but I still get to keep working from home so I take the good with the bad.

My Thanksgiving this year. Some awesome cinnamon rolls with a truly fantastic coffee beer to start the day. Then a fantastic breakfast pizza in the afternoon that helped to bring on nap time. 😜😋

It's been a bit. A friend moved to CO recently and we had a Saturday where a small group of us hit all of her favorite spots. Started at The Library, then Star Bar, The Winchester, Lua Brewing, The Bartender's Handshake, The Walnut before ending the night at Confluence.

It was a great day. Spent with a few close friends, meeting others at different spots, running into others not seen in over a year. The #DayOfAndrea was a success.

But also a surprise too. A full day of drinking. Eating. Energy drink. Drinking more. Eating more. And I felt fine and fairly sober at the end. Still now I know I can not go back to doing that every weekend like before. I can't be that physically inactive and get that big again; and expect a full life. I won't. But...

I think I feel one of my "moods" coming. The urge to be a gigantic petty asshole. I know why and it shouldn't bother me. But it will. Oh well, let's see what happens.

Have been feeling pretty good for a bit. The other night at QuickTrip, checking out. The cashier: "Very awesome The Chad, thank you" with a wink.

Well I am thinking, my fame precedes me. Ha. Ha.

But she had a mask, maybe she knew me from a previous place I hung out?
