Let's also talk about experiencing anxiety when taking a microdose, or taking several. The other day, I took two microdoses late at night which I usually don't do just because I enjoy being productive throughout the day and combining the doses with being active, going outside in the sun, journaling, exercising, and being in a consistent self-care routine. However, I took the microdoses late and about an hour in started to feel a rush of deep anxiety and became really aware of my heart racing as well as feeling aware of being out of touch with the things happening around me. When this happens, it is so important to try to work yourself through it with activities or self-talk that makes you feel grounded and brings you a feeling of peace. So I just started to tell myself that the anxiety and the heart racing was just a temporary feeling and that it would be gone soon. I also threw in some headphones for music and started to do yoga because yoga brings me back in touch with myself, my body, my mind, and the present moment. It is important for me when microdosing that I keep my body moving sometimes when experiencing that anxiety because once you stop, you become really self-aware of what your body is experiencing which can trigger the anxious feelings even more. But everything is a learning lesson and I believe that even feeling the negatives of microdosing is meant to happen, and a way to teach you about yourself, your mind, your spirit, and maybe to work through releasing control of your surroundings.

An update on the microdosing! I continued taking them every other day for about a week and noticed way better focus, energy levels, and a clearer mind. Music sounded clearer to me, I felt more connected to nature than ever before, colors are brighter now, and I just feel internal happiness. I personally like to microdose and do journaling, or even do specific shadow work journal prompts with the purpose of understanding my triggers within relationships since I went through a cycled break up again , which has been helping me understand my attachments. The combination of continuously microdosing with the intention of learning and working through my triggers has been a serious help for me, especially with dealing with a toxic, on and off again relationship.

Hey there! Let's talk about microdosing :). This is my second time going through a microdose routine and it's already working so well for me. Before, I microdosed capsules everyday for seven days about two months ago and I felt like it had so many benefits during and even after I was finished. I felt more focused, creative, I had a better vision of my goals, and it was able to make me feel more aware of myself and my surroundings. I started these new microdoses yesterday and now have a clearer intention set for self discovery. I would like to use this time to dive deeper into inner healing, shadow work, and learning my triggers/how to cope with them. The plan is to update you guys everytime I microdose in case anyone is curious about them :).

These two poses work so well for posture too. For me, since I’m on my phone or laptop all of the time , my back and neck start to hurt. Doing a cat into cow pose helps your spine, releases that tension, and stretched your back out! 😊

Let’s talk juices!! This is a green juice I make at least four-five days a week to get max benefits. I’m someone that finds it difficult to consume the right amount of vegetables in what I eat at times but it’s so important to have a balance of what you’re putting into your body πŸ€—.

It doesn't matter how flexible you are or how far your legs get down to the ground at all, just as long as you can feel the release of tension buildup in your hips that we all store (men and women).

I know that life can get pretty difficult sometimes and it’s super easy to get wrapped up in our own thoughts or to feel isolated when on our personal journeys. I’ve had severe lows and struggles mentally over the past few years and sometimes felt alone in the process no matter who I was around because of the mentality that others wouldn’t understand. Because of spirituality, wellness, and yoga, I have been able to manage my emotions and mind a bit better.
